Welcome to the SEAL THROWING CLUB located in Owasso, OK. Founded
in 2005, focusing on instruction & development for the discus and shot
put for all ages. Camp participants have an exciting opportunity to learn
proven throwing techniques that will help you excel.
As a former collegiate thrower at Sam Houston State University
(Huntsville, TX), I enjoy sharing my passion for the throwing events with
throwers from all over the state. For the past twenty years I have studied,
thrown and now coach the throwing events. I am proud to have hosted
many former Championship athletes, and several top-ranked high school
champions. The last eight years the throwers I have coached not only
have been among the best in Oklahoma but have also been at the top
